Responsibilities:

To integrate and develop leading edge software working in an agile and dynamic environment using iterative development practices such as story based requirements, continuous integration, and collective code ownership.

Requirements:

- The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to realistically assess and report on the tasks and level of effort required to develop functionality
- The willingness and ability to learn new technologies as required without being sent to classes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- The ability to organize and work around changing priorities, under tight deadlines, and on multiple simultaneous projects
- An understanding of the project development lifecycle and business practices, including design, documentation, testing, and implementation

Background and Experience:

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Program Equivalent
- 4+ yrs of work experience using C++, Java, PHP or similar programming language (an undergraduate degree in a programming related field can substitute for up to 2 years of work experience in this requirement)
- 3+ yrs of experience in DHTML
- 2+ yrs of experience working with relational databases and writing SQL
- 1+yrs of experience in application design and architecture
- 1+yrs of experience in developing large enterprise cross-browser compatible web applications
- 4+ yrs of commercial application development experience using C#.NET, ASP.NET
- 3+yrs experience in server query development on multiple platforms
