The Accounts Receivable module displays a closing balance for clients on the main screen. The figure is as at “today’s date” and will not take into account any future transactions.

For users marked as System Users or for those with the “Client Enquiry” permission in the Systems Maintenance module, this column will appear by default. To restrict a user from being able to see this information, they will need to have the “Client Enquiry” function removed from their permissions (which will also restrict them from being able to see client transactions in the Client Transactions window).
