A push button, 'Attach' has been added to the Job Maintenance window that allows the user to 'attach' any electronic document to a job.

When documents are attached, users are able to see a variety of information, including the file location and the date it was attached.
Care should be taken to ensure the file is located in a place on the network where all users have access e.g. users will not be able to access attached files located in a folder where they don’t have the appropriate network permission. If the file is attached and then physically moved on the network to another location, the file will need to be deleted from the Attach window and re-added.
