The Zavanti Integration Module provides reporting on the interfacing processes.
The following items will be available for reporting and auditing the import functionality.
Company
•Date/Time Stamp
•Message Type (Information, Warning, Error)
•Process Name (Job Timesheets)
•Filename
•User ID
All data can be filtered on any of the following fields or combination of fields:
•Company.
•Process Name
•User
•Date Range
•Message Type
•Message text.
To View the Integration Audit Log for a Company after any processing has been complete: Click the ‘Audit’ button on the Integration Console. It may be necessary to click ‘Refresh’ on the Audit screen o to display the latest updates.
Any ‘Type’ shown as Error will need to be fixed in the partner system and will be re-imported in the next batch.
