NEW

The New Push Button will allow you to create a new data element.

PROPERTIES

The Properties Push Button, will only be available if you have already chosen a row in the table by first highlighting it with your mouse pointer. Once this has been done it will allow you to amend or view the Properties of the currently selected data element.

DELETE OR DISPOSE

The Delete or Dispose Push Button will also only be available after selecting an item and will allow you to remove the data element, providing that it has not been used by a further maintenance item or in a transaction.

PREVIEW

The Preview Push Button will display a basic listing to the screen of ALL of the current data elements. This is equivalent to choosing Reports, General Listings and the data element you are working on.

PRINT

The Print Push Button works in the same way as Preview*KNE9A but prints the report to your selected printer.

OK

The OK Push Button saves your Maintenance work.

CANCEL

The Cancel Push Button ignores your work in this session.

LOOKUP

The Lookup Push Button allows you to look for a particular Item that you would like to work with. It will display a list of items that you can choose from. For example if you are in the Fixed Assets Module and you press the Lookup Push Button you would see a display of Fixed Assets that you can choose from.

CURRENT ASSETS ONLY

Allows you to display a list of Current Assets Only. To display Current Assets Only click on the Check Box so that a tick appears, to display all Assets click on the Check Box again to clear it.
