The calculate interest function is designed to take all of your accounts that have an interest code allocated to them and then calculate the overdue interest on the outstanding overdue invoices. The function will then create a transaction against the Client Account and a debit & credit in the General Ledger.
1. Select a menu path of Transactions Ø Calculate Interest. The following window will be displayed as follows:
