Should the reports not match, restore the database from the backup taken prior to the archive, and contact the Zavanti support desk.
Once the archive has been run, it is necessary to print reports from the live database to ensure the current data has not been affected. The following reports should be printed:
•Accounts Payable Aged Trial Balance
•Accounts Receivable Aged Trial Balance
•General Ledger System Trial Balance
•Job Balance report (excluding completed jobs)
•Stock Valuation (if applicable)
•Purchase Order Report (Summary)
Compare these reports with those printed prior to the archive. Once it has been confirmed the figures are the same, the archive is complete.
