Contract Management

The Contract management module allows you to track contracts with sub-contractors. We can allocate contract budgets, link your contracts to your contacts, print contract related reports and so forth.

You can perform the following in Contract Management:

      Create a Contact in the Contacts module

      Create a link to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

      Set up and link Profiles and Categories, Capabilities and Relationships

      Copy a Contact to a Contract

      Register a document

      Print a document register

      Link an external file 

      Enter an Extension of Time (EOT)

      Print Extension of Time and Extension of Time Register

      Enter a Defect

      Print Defect Register
