1. A 'COPY' Forecast function has been implemented. This option is now available on the right Mouse Click menu (ONLY) when a Forecast is selected. This 'COPY' function will create a NEW forecast identical to the selected Forecast. It will NOT set the new Forecast to 'current'. The user must manually set this if required.
2. Some changes have been made to the Forecast maintenance window as follows
3. When you create a NEW Forecast, if one doesn’t already exist for the selected Job it will create a 'blank' forecast the user has the option to set is as current.
4. When you create a NEW Forecast and a 'current' Forecast already exists for the selected JOB, the NEW forecast created will be identical to the existing 'current' Forecast.
5. When you now 'maintain' (properties) of an EXISTING Forecast, it will allow you to maintain those details for the selected Forecast. (This is a fix, as previously it would pull in the 'current' forecast and override your selected forecast).
6. The NEW copy function will copy the selected Forecast, and DOES NOT set it to current. The user must MANUALLY select which Forecast they want to set to current. Please note: The new copy function is available ONLY on the right mouse click menu when selecting a Forecast from the main window.
7. You will be prompted to confirm that you wish to create a copy of the forecast.
8. As noted you will need to select the new copied forecast as current.
