Once you have created a Client Site you can create the Job that is to be completed at the Client Site. To create a Job, ready to enter budgets against
1. Click on the Jobs tab
2. Click on the New button
3. Click on the Create a New Job radio button and click on OK
4. Click on the Client drop down box on the top left hand side of the dialog, and choose the client you are doing the job for.
5. Click on the Client Site drop down box on the top right hand side of the dialog and choose the Client Site.
6. Click on the Basic tab
7. Enter the Job Code for this job. Alternatively you can leave this field blank, and allow the system to generate it.
8. Enter the Basic information for this Job. Select the Area Job Type, Job Status and Foreman if required. You can change these entries now if necessary.
9. Click on Save
10. Click on the Rules tab, and review these settings. These settings refer to the rules you can apply to the job
11. Review the other tabs in the Job dialog box. A great deal of information can be kept against a Job, take your time to review this information
12. Click on OK to confirm. Dependent on the way the Authority Level checking setting is on your system you may at this point be requested to select a default Authority Level for this job.
13. You may be presented with a dialog box that requests what you want to do next. At this point you can enter another job, click Cancel to close.
