View the Other Budget Used affected by Requisitions (sales orders). Once we have created a Stock Requisition to the job, the Job Performance Analysis Report will reflect these costs. This will be indicated in the Other Budget Used column.
1. Ensure Job Costing is open
2. Click on Reports, choose Analysis Reports, Job Performance
3. Choose the job we
have been using
For this exercise, click on the tick next to All for Jobs
and choose [Job for Job related Purchase Orders and Inventory]
4. Click Preview and
examine the report
Notice that the Other Budget Used contains our sales
orders amounts, next to the cost centres that we have specified
5. Close the report
