Create Periods for a New Company

Before processing any information to a new company, periods need to be set for this company.

1.   Open the System Maintenance module

2.   Click on the Periods Icon

3.   Click on the Company button in the Maintain Period Definitions window

4.   Select the newly created company using the drop down selection menu

5.   Click on the Create button

6.   Select a Start Period and a Current Period using the drop down selection menu

7.   Click on OK and the periods will be displayed in the Period Details window

8.   Click on OK to confirm

9.   Close the Maintain Period Definitions window

10. Close the System Maintenance module
