The processing of the XML files ‘incoming’ and ‘outgoing’ requires a specific windows folder structure to be in place. The user can create this structure on any required server as long as it is accessible by the Zavanti application users.
A folder structure, similar to this one recommended, must be created by the systems administrator and then the appropriate default settings in the Integration Module interface be made to point to the folder structure.
