Draw Down Non-Funded Items

These are items which are not funded by the bank.

Suppliers:

1.   Select the entity

2.   Highlight the Project under the options tab and the funding facility tab will become available to view.

 

 

3.   Click on Funding facility tab, highlight the Equity or Junior Fund you want to create the draw down from and go to the Draw Down Tab and click new.

4.   Enter in Draw Down Code – enter in the date, eg: 240114

 

5.   Go to the invoice details tab and the only tick the following:

      DRAW DOWN – This Debits & Credits the funding dummy bank account.

6.   Go back to the summary screen and the invoices draw down column should equal the amounts that need to be paid for your creditors run – including GST.

7.   Click OK

8.   New Draw Down should now pop up under the Draw Down Tab.

9.   Highlight Draw Down and click on approve button.

 

10. Check the Value of invoices to be paid is correct, make sure the company is correct & the bank account needs to be the Funding Bank Acc.

11. Once approved the journals will be posted into the GL – only to the Funding Dummy Bank Account.

12. Open GL and create a pay run as per normal to actually pay the suppliers as the funding module doesn’t create a payrun to the GL.
