Accruals |
This captures the entitlement accruals for the employee. To create a new Accrual record, press the New button. Select a value from the Accrual pick list and press Tab to progress to the next field. |

Last Run Date |
This is used to nominate the date the Accrual record was last run. Select a date from the pick list and press Tab to progress to the next field. |

Last Entitlement Date |
This is used to nominate the date the Entitlement was last processed. Select a date from the pick list and press Tab to progress to the next field. |

Hours to Accrue |
This is used to nominate the number of hours to accrue for the entitlement. Enter a value and press Tab. Enter the weekly working hours of the employee into the Standard Hours field. Press the OK button. The refreshed Employee listing window will be displayed as follows: |
