The following outlines the processes for recording FDVL as required by the ATO.
1. Employee currently has annual leave and personal leave hours and advises their employer that they will be taking FDVL leave in the next pay period.

2. Add the 10 day entitlement hours via the Adjust Employee Accrual process. Ensure dated last pay run date


3. Process next pay to include the FDVL hours (16)

4. Pay slip showing hours and accruals.

5. Other Accrual has reduced hours only as entitlement now 64 hours.
6. The Setup of the Accrual will show 0 (zero) hours to accrue.
