Assets

This report will allow the user to select criteria to produce a detailed Asset listing showing all the assets details as maintained via the Asset Maintenance. The report also details the depreciation and written down value of each asset selected.

Inter Company Loan Accounts

This report shows all the Companies that have been set up by calling the Inter Company Loan maintenance facility and allowing the user to print or preview the details from this screen.

Asset Groups Report

This report shows all the Asset Groups that have been set up by calling the Asset Groups maintenance facility and allowing the user to print or preview the details from this screen.

Asset Types

This report shows all the Asset Types that have been set up by calling the Asset Types maintenance facility and allowing the user to print or preview the details from this screen.

Asset Locations

This report shows all the Asset Locations that have been set up by calling the Asset Locations maintenance facility and allowing the user to print or preview the details from this screen.

User Defined Variables

This report shows all the User defined variables that have been set up by calling the User defined variables maintenance facility and allowing the user to print or preview the details from this screen. The report shows all the User defined variables and the fields associated with each. It does not show the values assigned to the variables for the asset.

Depreciation Schedule

Select the Depreciation Schedule from the Reports Menu. This report will allow the user to select criteria for the report to produce a Depreciation Schedule showing the assets selected, method and percentage of depreciation, value of depreciation for the given period as well as the opening value and written down values.

Summary Acquisitions And Disposals

Select the Summary Acquisitions and Disposals from the Reports Menu. This report will allow the user to select criteria for the report to produce a Summary Acquisitions and Disposals Report showing the selected assets purchase price, sale price, depreciation values, Written down values and the profit (or loss) on disposal of asset.

Transactional Listing

Select the Transactional Listing from the Reports Menu. This report will allow the user to select criteria for the report to produce a Transactional Listing showing the transaction details for the asset, and the debit and credit values for the associated transaction.

Gl Reconciliation To Fixed Assets

Select the GL Reconciliation option from the Reports Menu. This selection will prompt the user to select the required Financial period and Asset groups required. The report produced will show a summary of the Fixed assets Acquisitions and disposals, showing opening and closing balances for each asset as well as the accumulated depreciation and Written Down Values from within the Fixed Assets Register. The report also shows the associated General Ledger accounts values for the asset groups selected.

Reprints

Select the Reprints option from the reports menu and the appropriate report required.

Depreciation Run Listing

This option allows you to select a specific depreciation run as per the depreciation run facility and then reprints the data. To reprint a specific depreciation run listing, select the required run by using the find function or scroll through the available runs.

Disposed Of Assets

This option allows you to select a specific Disposed of Asset as per the Asset Disposal facility and then reprints the data. To reprint a specific disposed of asset, select the required asset by using the find function or scroll through the available assets.

Journal Update

This option allows you to select a specific Journal Update as per the Journal Update facility for previously run journal updates and then reprints the data. To reprint a specific Journal Update report, select the required update by using the find function or scroll through the available updates by date and or update number.
