This header record is the first record processed. It is the first record in the interface file. The version will be used for future changes in the file structure.
Depending on the level the following will happen: -
•Estate Level: There will be one Estate in the interface file. This will be added as a new Estate by ERP. A new code can be given for the Estate on import. All child record will retain the codes in the import file.
•Stage Level: There will be one Estate and Stage in the Interface file. ERP will give option to add the estate, or merge the stage to an existing estate. The stage will be added as a new Stage by ERP. Any new records (Estate or Stage) will be given a code on import. All child record will retain the codes in the import file.
•Project Level: There will be one Estate, Stage and Project (and no Lots) in the Interface file. ERP will give option to add the estate, or merge the stage to an existing estate. If the Estate is merged, ERP will give option to add the stage, or merge the project to an existing stage. The project will be added as a new Project by ERP. Any new records (Estate, Stage or Project) will be given a code on import. All child record will retain the codes in the import file.
