The VALUE maintenance allows you to set rules, whereby the VALUE of the fund can CHANGE at a point in time.
This LIMIT is then used in the DRAW DOWN, rather than the LIMIT set on the Facility
E.g. In this case, any Drawdown made after 4/11/2013, the new limit would be 50,000,000
Rather than the $40,000,000 as per the facility, if the type is set to ‘LIMIT CHANGE’
