1. Complete Bank Draw Down Form for directors to sign. This is a form sent from the bank for each project.
•Contractor Invoice
•QS Report
•Oaths, Affidavits and Statutory Declaration Act – Signed by Contractor
•Payment Certificate – Signed by Superintendent.
2. Open up a new email and send all of the above to the nominated bank contact for that fund.
3. This now needs to be entered into the Funding module in Zavanti (refer ZAV007 – FUNDING PROCESS)
