Print a Document Register. This allows us to see what documents we have linked to the contract.
1. Open Contract Management
2. Select Reports, Contract Management Reports, Document Registration
3. Check Report Type Detailed
4.
Select the Job and Contract
For example, select the [55 – Industrial
shed] job and click OK, we will leave the contract, as there is only one
contract for this job
5. Click on Preview and review the content
6.
Close the Report Output window
We will now view the summary version of this
report
7. Check Report Type Summary
8. Click on Preview and review the content
9. Close the Report Output window
10. Close the Document Registration Report selection window
