The Contract Budget Listing will show Budget, Committed and Uncommitted values. This can be viewed by Contract or Cost Centre, and serves to give us a good idea of where we are in a job, showing the commitments we have from the contracts.
1. Ensure Contract Management is open
2. Select Reports, Contract Management Reports, Contract Budget Listing
3. Check the Group by Contract option button
4.
Select the Job and Contract for the report
For example, choose the [55 –
Industrial shed] job, and leave the tick next to All for the Contract, as we
only have one contract in this job
5. Click on Preview
6. Review report, and close the report window
7. Check the Group by Cost Centre option button
8. Click on Preview
9. Review the information displayed and close the report window
10. Close the Contract Budget Listing report selection
