Print Contract Listing – Detailed and Summary

The Contract listing is used to show Contract Management details relevant to the contract.

1.   Ensure Contract Management is open

2.   Select Reports, Contract Management Reports, Contract Listing

3.   Check the Detailed option button

4.   Select the Job and Contract to report on
For example choose the job [55 – Industrial shed], and leave contract as All, as we only have one contract for this job

5.   Click on Preview

6.   Note that this information is displayed as one page per contract and shows information relevant to dates and persons for this contract

7.   Review the information and close the Print report window

8.   Check the Listing radio button

9.   Click on Preview

10. Note that this information is displayed as one line per contract and shows information relevant to dates and persons for this contract

11. Review the information and close the Print output screen

12. Close the Contract Report selection screen
