The Contract Summary Listing will allow the user to print the current status of a contract in a single line summary format and includes information such as Contract Value, Variations, Progress Claims to date, Retention, Remaining to Spend and Value Completed
1. Ensure Contract Management is open
2.
Click on Reports, Contract Management Reports, Contract Summary
If you had a
particular job selected before choosing this report, the job you had selected
will be reported on
3. Click the Listing option button
4.
Select the Job and Contract to report on
If the job was not selected when
you selected the reports, you will have to choose the job. For example,
click on the tick next to All for Job Code, and choose job [55 – Industrial
Shed], and leave the contract at All. We only have one contract for this
job
5. Click on Preview and review the report
6. Close the report window
7. Close the Contract Summary Report selection screen
