As well as the standard Contract Management reports there is also Sub contractor related reports available via the Power writer module.
1. Ensure the Contract Management module is open
2. Select Power Writer from the menu

Select SC01 – Sub Contract Performance Analysis Detailed
The Power Writer
module will display a list of reports

If an Option selection box is displayed click on Cancel
For example we are
going to create our own Option
5. In the Grouping box use the drop down menu to select Up To Period
6. In the Level of Report selection check the Contract radio button
7. Click on the Entities tab

Double Click the Company which you were using in the Contract Management
exercises
For example choose 003
9. Double Click the Job Type that your job is allocated to
10. For example choose [LS – Lump Sum], then double click on [**None** (Project)] and [**None** (Stage)] the jobs will be displayed here. This format used with the Development ledger module, however, we can run our Job Costing and contract reports as well Select your Job
11. Click on the Select button
12. Click back onto the Selection Tab
13. Click on the Save button and a Report Options window will be displayed
14. Enter an
Option Name and Description
For example enter an option name of [TRN01] and
a Description of [Training Option 01]
15. Close the Power Writer Run Options window
16. From the Power Writer Main window list of reports select SC01 again and click on the Run button
17. Click on the Options button and select your new Option
18. Click on Process and the Report details will output to Excel
19. Review the report details and print if required
20. Close Excel
21. Click No to save changes
22. Close the Power Writer main window
