As well as the standard Contract Management reports there is also Sub contractor related reports available via the Power Writer module
1. Ensure the Contract Management module is open
2. Click on the Power Writer menu

Choose SC02 – Sub Contract Performance Analysis Summary
Power Writer will
display a list of reports available with this company
4. Click on Run

If an Select Option box is displayed click on Cancel
For example we are going
to create our own run options
6. In the Grouping box use the drop down menu to select Up To Period, for the first period range
7. In the Level of Report selection check Contract
8. Click on the Entities tab

Double Click the Company which you want to run this contract report on
For example, double click on the [003 – Zavanti ERP Commercial Builder]
10. Double
Click the Job Type that your job is allocated to
For example choose [LS –
Lump Sum], then double click on [**None** (Project)] and [**None** (Stage)] the
jobs will be displayed here. This format used with the Development ledger
module, however, we can run our Job Costing and contract reports as well
11. Select the
Job that the contracts are for
For example, choose [55 – Industrial shed]
12. Click on the Select button
13. Click back onto the Selections Tab
14. Click on the Save button and a Report Options window will be displayed
15. Enter an
Option Name and Description
For example, enter [SHED] for the Option Name,
and [Industrial Shed] for the Option Description
16. Close the Power Writer Run Options window
17. From the Power Writer Main window list of reports select SC02 again and click on the Run button
18. Click on
the Options button and select your new option
For example, choose the [SHED
– Industrial shed] option, this is the one we have just created
19. Click on
Process and the Report details will output to Microsoft Excel
Power Writer
automatically opens the Microsoft Excel application. Once this data is
exported, you can use all of the functions in Excel to manipulate this data
20. Review the report details and print if required
21. Close Excel, and do not save changes
22. Close the Power Writer main window
