Property Management

The Zavanti ERP solution has had enhanced capabilities for Property Management functions implemented. The functionality is designed to integrate with Zavanti CRM and selected third party CRM solutions.

This section describes the key features associated with

      Creation of a tenant

      Creation of landlord

      Tenant reporting

Enhancement to create a new Job Costing functionality to create an AP transaction called Landlord transaction, that utilises both AR and AP invoices against a Job to create a landlord statement.

1.  Ability to create landlord via AP Supplier with tick box Landlord

2.  Ability to select in Job Costing defaults to 'use landlords'

3.  Ability to create a job site with property being the site

4.  Ability to create a job and designate the tenant being the client

5.  Ability to create a job and designate a landlord - Ability to incur costs to the property (job) via purchase orders or unlinked invoice

6.  Ability to issue rental invoices via Job AR invoicing (fixed progress claim) as property revenue

7.  Ability to create transaction 'Landlord Statement' for selected period which applies the net revenue to the Landlord (AP Supplier) to be paid. (Rental less costs = net revenue)

8.  Ability to PDF these statements

To utilise correctly, specific job type settings need to be applied for proper General Ledger journals.
