The Public Holiday functionality on the Payroll Batch creation includes the ability to code Public Holiday Hours Work type and Payrate onto the generated timesheets. Users must ensure that employees that are Casual or Part Time have a different Award separate from Full-time employees as the Public Holiday hours are created from the Standard Hours that appear in the Award Maintenance. This functionality will only calculate correctly with one (1) work type coming from the standard timesheet. The user can then add/modify any additional work types for that pay run.
