Properties, Profiles, Categories, Capabilities and Relationships set up in Contacts are used to group contacts to refine the search for specific criteria
1. Ensure you are logged into Contacts

Click in the Company Name text box and enter the name of the contact you want to
find
For example enter [Legal]
3. Click Search, and choose No for secure contacts
4. Select your Contact and click on Properties
5. Select the properties for your Contact

Click on the Properties tab and assign a Property to your Contact
In the
Unassigned list, click on [Lawyer], then click the Add button. The
Property appears in the Assigned List
7. Repeat Step 5 for the Profiles, Categories and Capabilities using the items set up in the previous exercise.

Click on the Relationships tab and create a relationship between the Property
and Entity Type
For example click on [Lawyer] in the Property list and click
on [GROUNDHOGS – GROUNDWORKS] in the middle list, the Contact List. This
means that Legal Eagles are a Lawyer for Groundhogs Groundworks
9. Click on OK to confirm
10. Close the Results tab window
