1. This form includes details required by the ATO including ‘Base of Employment’ buttons have been added to the Tax Details tab. These are the categories required by the Australian Tax Office, these details will be passed to the Single Touch Payroll file.
2. Enter the tax file number and use the drop down menu to select the tax table relevant for this employee. Complete any other required details.

•‘Basis of Employment’ must be selected.
•Valid ‘Tax Scale’ must be selected
•Valid ‘Tax File’ number must be provided
•Data from the ‘Tax Details’ tab is passed to the Single Touch Payroll file.
