Codes must be set up in Job Costing module, along with an estimate already created and copied to a job
The costs of components added in the estimate will appear in the Budgets tab. If you are not using the Estimating module, or want to create a new budget. However, if we created purchase orders when we copied this estimate to the job, we will not be able to create new budgets.
1. Ensure the Job Costing module is open
2. Click on the Jobs tab
3. Select the job you would like to view the budget for, and click on Properties
4. Click on the Budget tab
5. View the budgets
