User security options control whether has access to the ‘Approved’ flag check box on the Voucher maintenance window.
The user security option 'Approve/Unapprove Vouchers' is able to be set in ‘User Details Maintenance’ window (as shown) that enables / disables the ‘Approved by’ check box on the Voucher maintenance window.
When set, the user will be able to access the ‘Approve by’ check box.
The user security option ‘Select user Filter’ is able to be set in ‘User Details Maintenance’ window (as shown) that enables / disables the ‘User’ check box on the Voucher maintenance window.
User permissions may be set for up to 36 Periods before or after current.
