•Make sure all users are logged out of Zavanti
•Stop Gupta (Unify) SQLBase
o Open Task Manager
o Select “Services” tab and look for SQLBase
o Highlight SQLBase line and right click
o Select “Stop”
•Back up the database folder (TSCFIN)
o Locate folder, generally under c:/gupta/TSCFIN
o Copy folder and paste in a backup location
•Restart the Zavanti / SQLBase server
