Before uninstalling the software ensure you have the following items readily available:

•      Zavanti ERP must be installed

•      Mapping to the L: drive (or similar)

•      ODBC drivers installed

•      A sound knowledge of MS Excel and MS Query

•      A knowledge of the Zavanti database tables required to extract the data
