When printing to file, (PDF), Zavanti uses the “Microsoft XPS Document Writer” printer device. If it’s not there, or called something different it fails, simple as that.
If, even though the printer is installed, and latest drivers etc, the print job ‘hangs’ in the print queue, and the ERP will also hang.
The fix is simple. Set the Printer properties to ‘Print directly to the printer’. This way it did not get stuck in the queue
