‘Third party software’ is to provide the XML import files that contain the Job Costing Timesheet data, in accordance to the XML document format detailed in this section.

This import file definition is predetermined and contains the following areas and detail fields:

XML Document Filename – All files should follow this naming convention in order to be processed by the Integration Module.

Timesheet Details – To record the timesheet details to be imported as “unposted” timesheet data into the Job Costing module.
