Ian Plater

Chairman

Ian is a Graduate in Economics from the University of Sydney. his career spanned 26 years with Arthur Andersen becoming a senior partner with expertise in Audit and Assurance, IPO’s and Business Strategy. Ian had extensive experience in a range of industries, including financial  services, gaming and advertising.

Ian worked on a number of substantial M&A and Privatisation projects, but Ian looks at his role in the bid team for the Sydney Casino licence and subsequently as Partner for the IPO and then as ongoing Audit Partner as one of his most fascinating and satisfying experiences. Ian established the Zavanti Group in 2001 to take over the distribution of Artemis project management solutions in Australia and New Zealand, since then he has grown the group to encompass ERP and CRM solutions.

Doug Harrison

CEO

Doug commenced working in the IT software industry in 1976. Never straying from that industry, Doug has successfully undertaken many varied roles, from Software Development, Consulting, Project Management, Sales and Marketing Director and finally Chief Executive Officer.

Doug founded and grew his previous business, Dante Telecommunications, a consulting business in the telecom market which was acquired by Zavanti in 2004, since that time Doug has been CEO of Zavanti.

Warren Fernandez

Product Delivery Manager

Warren is an IT graduate who worked for 8 years at Zavanti as senior technical consultant for project management solutions, During this time Warren worked on major implementations including, AMP Society, Sydney Water, and Ergon Energy. Warren then joined Aroomba Technologies as Product delivery Consultant for CRM solutions, he developed the team from 3 people to 35 as the business was acquired by several owners.

Major projects included the implementation of the solution with NEC in Asia following their acquisition of the business in 2011. Warren re-joined Zavanti in December 2012 as Product Delivery Manager focussing on Sales Management and CRM solutions.
