Client Data

1.         Ensure there are no duplicates in the data. Common areas where duplications are identified are:

a.   Client Sys ID

b.   CRN, Confirm no duplicates and exact format.

2.         Phone number formatting:

a.   Some systems have phone 1 & 2 not mobile and home which often contain mixed formatting e.g. +61 25, 0425, 425. Consistent formatting is required.
