After syncing:
1. Review any maintenance or follow-up tasks generated from the Inspection (e.g., flagged defects or H&S issues).
2. Complete or update associated Work Tasks. The system may auto-create work requests for flagged items.
3. Enter the ‘Finalised Inspection Date’ in the Inspection record.
4. The Inspection will close as ‘Completed’ and, if configured, the next routine Inspection may be auto-generated.
If the Inspection still appears as NEW in Offline mode, offload/remove it from your device.
