In some cases, you may send a Work Task that the assigned Tradesperson cannot complete. In this case, you can duplicate the Work Task. This will copy the Work Task information across, and you can then select a new Tradesperson. Duplication is intended for use when the new Tradesperson also has the same SOW codes included in the Price List. The duplication process automatically cancels the original Work Task, so it is not suitable as a copy-and-paste function to create a Work Task that is similar to another.
