2. Review form and provide to Line Manager for approval

3. Follow Guide to create a Recurring Credit to Rent Account, ensuring an end date is included
NB. This process is required as Zavanti does not allow a temporary Rent reduction. Instead, a Rent Credit is applied each week in conjunction with the Rent Charge, to balance out the difference.
