      THM: Transitional Housing Management - routed to DFFH

      Strata: Body Corporate responsibility for common areas

      Automatic assignment based on priority level

      Response and resolution timeframes clearly defined

      Monitoring and escalation for deadline management

SharePoint Integration

      Automatic folder creation for each Work Request (‘Maintenance Request Photos’)

      7-day access validity for security

      Email verification required for photo access

Status Tracking

      New: Initial creation, not yet sent

      Sent: Dispatched to responsible party

      In Progress: Work has commenced

      On Hold: Work temporarily suspended

      Completed: Work finished and verified

      Deferred: Scheduled for future action (Deferred Type only)

      Under Investigation: Assessment in progress (Investigation Type only)

Important Notes

      Work Requests are for non-paid work only

      Paid work requires conversion to Work Task

      All communications are tracked in Zavanti system

      Photo access security cannot be bypassed

      7-day photo access limit is non-negotiable for security

      SLA compliance is monitored and reported

      Work Request Type determines recipient and process flow

      General Work Requests must be reclassified before dispatch
