Made Safe Process (Emergency/Urgent Only)

For urgent work requiring temporary and permanent fixes:

1.  Follow standard completion process

2.  Select Contractor Status: ‘Temporarily Complete - Made Safe’

3.  Upload before/after photos

4.  Enter completion date/time

5.  Click Save

System Actions:

      Original Work Task remains open

      New Work Task automatically created (with ‘-1’ suffix)

      New Work Task copies Property, priority, and basic details

      User must:

Add new work details for permanent work

Select contractor (can be different from original)

Send new Work Task

Invoicing for Made Safe:

      Original Work Task can be invoiced separately for temporary work

      New Work Task invoiced separately for permanent work

      If no invoice for temporary work: Select ‘Complete Without Invoice Required’
