Generate a PDF statement of the rent account.
Process:
1. Select ‘Print Tenancy Statement’ from the left menu
2. Select the ‘As of Date’ for which the statement is wanted
3. Click ‘View PDF’
4. The system generates and downloads a PDF statement showing:
•Current balance information
•Rent payment history
•Non-rent charges (if applicable)
•Tenant damage charges (if applicable)
•Bond details
•Miscellaneous charges
•Payment references
The statement uses a standard template that can be customized by CHP to match the branding and reporting requirements.
