If there is an issue with the Maintenance Work that was completed, you can issue a Recall on a Work Task within 6 months of the Completion Date.
This may be because the work was substandard or because the item in question has failed again and is still covered under the initial Scope of Work.
If you click the button ‘Recall Required’, system will create a new Work Task with the same ID as the original but with the addition of a -1 on the end. In the new Work Task, you'll see that the SOW Code REC50010 has been added. This SOW Code is to Attend site and undertake the repair at nil cost due to defective work or warranty recall. In the original Work Tasks, in the Completion Details tab the Recall toggle has now changed to Yes.
