When an organisation is set to ‘Active’ as a Maintenance Contractor in Zavanti, an email will be automatically sent to the Contractor with the following information:
•Portal URL (link)
•Username (the email address)
•Temporary password
Note: If the Contractor hasn’t received this email, CHP can manually trigger the email by running the ‘Organisation Notify Contractor Portal’ workflow.
