When ending a Tenancy, the below process needs to be followed regarding bonds
1. Verify if Tenancy has a Bond
NB. If Tenancy started prior to July 2018, there will be no bond on file
2. Determine within 14 days if Bond Claim required
a. If required, advise accounts that Bond Claim required and liaise with Renter as required
3. If not required, advise accounts that full bond refund can be made to Renter
