DEFERRED Completion:
1. When work becomes actionable, convert to appropriate active Type
2. Or complete closure if work no longer required
3. Update Property Maintenance schedule
INVESTIGATION Completion:
1. Review investigation findings and recommendations
2. Convert to appropriate Work Request Type or Work Task
3. Document investigation outcomes
4. Proceed with recommended action
LEASEHOLD Completion:
1. Confirm landlord has completed required work

2. Verify compliance with Property standards
3. Update landlord Maintenance record
4. Document any compliance issues
THM Completion:
1. Confirm DFFH completion notification received
2. Verify work meets program requirements
3. Update THM program records
4. Coordinate any follow-up requirements
STRATA Completion:
1. Confirm Body Corporate work completion
2. Verify common area standards met
3. Update strata Maintenance records
4. Distribute completion notice to relevant unit owners
For All Completed Work Requests:
•Change status to ‘Completed’

•Record actual completion date vs. SLA deadline

•Document any SLA variances and reasons
•Update Property Maintenance history
•Archive associated documentation
•Generate completion reports if required
