Surveys enable your Tenants to give you Feedback about the Maintenance work that was undertaken and the Maintenance Contractor who completed the work. This enables you to improve your services and raise any issues with our Maintenance Contractors. When a Work Task is completed, a Maintenance Services Survey is texted or Emailed to the Tenant. If the Tenant does not have a mobile number or an Email or has asked not to be Contacted by these methods, the Internal Contact Centre will attempt to reach them to complete the survey- There are Phone audit surveys that get automatically created randomly based on criteria. All the Survey responses are captured in the system
