After Maintenance work is completed at the Property, the Tenant may receive a Tenant repair survey.
Process:
1. The Tenant will receive a notification when a survey is available
2. Access the survey through the ‘Tenant Repair Survey’ menu option
3. Complete the satisfaction survey questions regarding:
•Overall satisfaction with the repair
•Quality of workmanship
•Contractor professionalism
•Timeliness of completion
4. Provide any additional comments
5. Click ‘Submit’
